IN-IAAI Lifetime Achievement Award
The Terry T. Fleming Lifetime Achievement Award was inaugurated in 2012. The award was created in honor of Terry T. Fleming and he was the first recipient. Terry was with the Carmel Fire Department and after retiring worked at Donan Engineering. He passed away in 2012.

The first IN-IAAI Lifetime Achievement Award was presented posthumously to Terry T. Fleming, and named after him. Pictured here is the Fleming family accepting the award from William Kehl and Alan Young of the Carmel Fire Department (Terry Fleming worked for the Carmel Fire Department before starting work at Donan Engineering).
The inscription on the award reads in part “For a Lifetime of Dedicated Service to Fire Investigation and Support to the IAAI Chapter #14.”
